Spray on wash off alloy wheel cleaner +

Is there such a product as a spray on and wash off alloy wheel cleaner which will not only clean the wheels but have sort of brake dust repellent function, or is it just advertising hype if a product claims this?

There are some good alloy wheel cleaners like P21s and some good wheel sealant like DP Wheel Glaze but I have never used or am I a where of a spray on and wash off product that does both.

Poorboys Spray/Rinse is about the only wheel cleaner I have ever used that is exactly that, needing no agitation. I have not however found any AIO type spray product that offers some protection. Poorboys does also make a rather easy Wheel Sealant that can be used after to protect and it works rather well.
