Stain on the seat of my car?

Theres this weird burn mark or something on the hard cover plastic on the back of my leather seat of my is250?

It looks like a burn mark although no flames or anything were ever in the car.. I've tried 1z Cockpitt premium and meguairs APC and it wont come off.. It looks almost permanent, but it wasn't there last week..

Any suggestions?

 
Could be? It didnt come off with 1z cockpitt premium or APC though.. :(
 
That was just a guess since that is the closest thing I could think of color wise. If it really were oil, cockpit would not remove it. When you spray solution on that are, does the liquid bead?

Yes the liquid beads, but it is hard plastic. What product should I use to remove it off?
 
what was the ratio of your APC, you might try something with a little more power. Is there anything else you can thing of that it might be?
