Star Trek Communicator. I Think I Will get One!

I'm seriously thinking about this for my Dad. . I think he'd get a kick out of it, but I'd probably have to set it up for him.
 
150$ does it come with 100$ worth of 1-900-XXX-XXXX calling minutes or something seems steep for a truthfully silly toy. Figure the diehard Trekkie fans in there moms basement could use those minutes the are awfully lonely.
