Finished this large sheet metal 745Li with the typical compound (3M Extra Cut), Polish with Dark Glaze, and finish with Meguiar's #26.

The new owner wants to know how to maintain this beauty and I'm making a list of products and process's.

Next up is a metallic Blue 325xi. Pretty scratchy, but I started today with System One X3 and a wool pad...it did better than 3M and a lot quicker.

Cleaned the exhaust tips first:

I hadn't seen a post from you in a while Toto and was glad to see a fresh detail being offered. As always your work is in a class all it's own. I know it's been said before, but I love your Snap-On lift. I'd kill for one of those in my garage as I have degenerative disc desease and as such working on the lower parts of my cars is down right painful. Maybe one day:D

I've been doing double duty with my wife's foot in a cast. Unreal! typical day is 5:30am to 10:30pm balancing work on cars and home stuff.

You should look at a few of the similar lifts out there. They have them in the $1,500 range and seem to be decent quality.

I feel you on the D3 killrflake! I'm on an regiment of special back exercises now, just have to be careful is all!

Great to see another post from you Toto! Your work speaks for itself!

As part of his regular car care routine, be sure to have the owner of the 745Li make some large "DO NOT WASH OR POLISH" signs to hang in the windows should he ever have to take it into the dealer for service! :buffing: I just love that color and I'm sure that this is the best this car has ever looked. :applause:
