Today, I decided the windows on my brothers truck were just too dirty. So i decided to use for the first time, some Stoners Invisible Glass.
It was pretty cold outside, about 1 degree celsius, so I couldn't really get as many pictures i would have wanted to but nontheless, back to the review.
Enjoy!
Products Used:
Stoners Invisible Glass with Rain Repellant
Super Absorbant Bounty
Regular Quality Microfiber (bought at Canadian Tire a couple of months ago for exclusive use on windows, it would break my heart to use my expensive ones)
First Impression
At 14.99$ for a 3 pack, I found it to be a really good buy :xyxthumbs:compared to other product out there. But I guess we'll wait to try the product first.
I started off on the back right window and let me just tell you that these windows were so dirty that they brought a new meaning to the privacy tints there are on the truck.
Here was what the window looked like before.
Test 1 - Before
I proceeded to misting the window a couple of times. I let the spray stay on for about 5-10 seconds and proceeded to wipe it off with some really absorbant Bounty Towels.
This got all of the grime and dirt off the windows in an instant. I thought for sure i would have had to break out the hose.
The bottle says that for best results and extra protection to apple it twice.
After buffing it with a microfiber, here was the result. (please excuse the spots at the bottom, i buffed those out right after i noticed them
Test 1 - After
I figured i would give it try on the front passenger window which was even dirtier. Below is shot of the dirty window. It looks as if I took it with a dirty lens on the camera for how dirty they are.
Test 2 Passenger Window - Before
But not to frett, Stoners invisible glass cleaned it all right up. And after applying it twice here are the results. I remain truly blown away by this product.
Test 2 Passenger Window - After
Did i have any problems with the windows that were capable of defrosting?
Not even in the least. The rear window of the 4Runner cleaned up just like the other windows. I remember having problems with other cleaners when cleaning windows that had defrost elements on them, But not with Stoners Invisible Glass.
Its too bad i don't have any pictures but I can assure you it came flawless.
I proceeded in finishing the rest of the car, applying Stoners Invisible Glass to both the inside and outside to the rest of the windows on the truck including the windshield.
Next thing I would like to see if it can actually repel water the way its suppose to.
But for that it would have to rain. So i'll have to follow up with everyone on that. But I don't forsee this product letting me down.
But i'll tell you what. The bottle doesn't lie, it definitely made the windows look like Invisible Glass!
Hope you enjoyed my first review.
