I need advice.
For some time I’ve been struggling with poor sleep and just an overall sense of “off energy” in my apartment. I tried everything from blackout curtains to fancy water filters, but nothing seems to fully help. Recently, I read about Somavedic devices. They claim to improve water quality, promote better sleep, and harmonize the environment wherever you place them.
I’m a little skeptical, but I’m also really curious. Has anyone here used Somavedic before? I’d love to know if it actually makes a difference in daily life—especially in terms of sleep and feeling more balanced at home. Also, I’m unsure which model would be best for a small apartment or bedroom.
If anyone can share personal experiences, tips, or advice on buying a legitimate product, it would mean a lot. I really want to give this a try, but I don’t want to waste money on something that doesn’t work.

Make sure you don’t have mold hidden in the walls.

I hadn't heard of somavedic devices, but it ticks a lot of boxes for pseudoscience, think power bands you wear to improve sporting performance. But hey, if it improves your sleep that's the important thing. I've heard routines are important for healthy sleep, for me I have a shower last thing before going to bed, then I'll read a book for usually half an hour or so, but sometimes my eyes get heavy in less than 10 minutes. My Garmin watch tracks my sleep, heartrate, movement, even blood oxygen if I turn that on, but that feature is battery heavy. But I know that I get very consistent sleep, around 7 hours per night, and that's with no alarm waking me up , just getting up when I need to, usually to go to the toilet of course.

Just about every time I've had bad sleep for an extended period it was work related, and as soon as I got rid of that stress, the healthy sleep patterns returned.

No one is sleeping well. Something terrible is about to happen.
Having said this, I read my Bible when I'm having problems sleeping. Try that...

Take some Viagra
What a ridiculous statement 🙄

OP. Try wrapping your head in aluminum foil before you turn in. You may be getting zapped by radiation coming from your smart meter
Good luck 🤞

OMG--you have no idea how close my head is to my smart electric meter when I'm sleeping--is that the source of all my problems?

I'm sleeping like a rock. Sometimes I fall asleep saying my prayers, which is in the first 5 minutes of laying down...lol I know we're feeding a troll here, but I want to counter the trolls crap with real advice.

The first things I ask anyone who has sleep issues:

-How much physical activity are you doing in a day (if its little or none, this is a big problem).
-Are you going to bed at a regular time or vary your schedule
-What is your caffeine/stimulant/recreational substance intake
-Are you looking at screens prior to bed time

Honestly if you do a good amount of working out/physical labor, avoid stimulants in the second half of the day, go to bed at a regular time, and avoid screens, you are going to sleep like a baby.

But if you can't sleep, reading the Bible is good!
