Having benefited from many of your great articles in the past, I decided it was time to join and access the collective wisdom and experience of the full membership.
I live in south New Jersey (the infamous Jersey Shore). I been a gear head since I was 12 and built model cars that were mostly "from scratch" and 40 years later restored a couple of classic Brittish sports cars. The last was a 1964 S1 E-Type, restored to Councours condition 15 years ago (which I will never do again). Recently I bought a one-owner '90 Jag SJS V12 Convt just for a driver (Ha!) but I just can't keep my hands off of it, I am unfortunately a suffering perfectionist.
I realize (1) how much I have forgotten, and (2) how much is new since I last used my Dremel tool and very small polishing wheels. So....I am looking forward to what I can learn, and possibly even be able to share.
