Summer Movie Season -- DVD Also

Well it appears summer maybe coming to a close, seems like all the Back To School ads have started. So what was the summer movie season like, caught any real stars ?? How about some quick reviews.

Heres Mine :

Batman ---- great acting and a super action flick, little boring in middle for about 30 minutes. The hype knocked it down a tad bit, but flipping over the semi end over end was wild.

Hancock --- silly little flick that truly takes you away for a couple hours. I really enjoyed this film since the "hook" was not shared prior to seeing it. How do you get an Escalade down from such heights ???

DVD's

Vantage Point --- interesting little thriller. Each point of view offers something different while offering something similar. The car chase was short, but brought back a little Ronin ....

Harold and Kumar visit Guantamo Bay --- this one still has a couple good laughs and takes place from the first. The "bottoms" party was so funny and the joke might have you rolling over laughing. Did they make it to Amsterdam, well you gotta watch it ...

I liked Hancock and Vantage Point myself. Goin to see batman in about 20min, and Harold and Kumar is sitting on my shelf to watch later this week.

Dark Knight - f'n amazing, so good, and Heaths performance was just nutz....getting into character doesn't even describe his presence on screen, was like it really was the joker and not an actor. Eckhart as Harvey Dent/Two-Face was great as well. Bale, just plain rocks.....and yeh when he flipped the Semi that was badass, and you get to see his dark side, especially when he was in the room with the Joker at the police station.

Harold and Kumar - lol

I can't wait to see Tropic Thunder, that will be hilarious....(warning some language)
