Recently purchased a SunJoe SPX-3500. I had planned on using quick connects at both the trigger and the washer connections. I thought I had ordered the correct fittings the first time when I got these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GNJFWNR. They were 15mm M22. When I received them the threads did not work. I had then read that the Sun Joe uses 14mm and not 15mm. Then I bought these: Amazon.com: Twinkle Star Pressure Washer Adapter Set Quick Connect Kit, Metric M22 14mm, TWIS291: Garden & Outdoor. This time there is a flanged end that will not allow the Sun Joe piece (the end with the small black rubber gasket) to enter. I am at a loss now. What am I doing wrong here?

Eff all that bs M22 crap. I hate that stuff. Give me good old American quick connects every time.

if you have a Hose Couplings & Fittings shop around you (google for shops in your area) you can bring your parts in and they can make sure they fit. i have a few of those places around me and they not only make custom pressure washer hoses, but have every fitting and coupling there is...

Ikr. There’s nothing worse than thinking you’ve got everything you need only to find out those stupid ones aren’t the right size... Happened to me once and it pssed me off. Lol.
