To the OP.....You could try to have them switch to another towel such as the gold Plush or the Gray one (I forgot what they are called at the moment). Or maybe they would substitute the 16x24 instead. Just a thought......

Op try the new buff and shine towels, call up Penny or Nick to get it changed I am liking them better than the super plush jrs.
