Has any body ever used this wax? It is a carnauba wax. They also say it is a finishing wax with no cleaners. It goes on like butter and smells like bubble gum. It leaves no powdery residue. I waxed my Toyota Highlander with it after clay barring and it was smooth but didn't notice a huge difference over my old mcguires gold class polish. Just wanted to see if anybody else has heard of this or tried it. Thanks. I'm fairly new to this forum and trying to learn all the lingo. Been washing and waxing cars the old fashion way for 22 years and didnt realize it could be so complicated but I love it!

I have it.Very easy to use. It works just fine if you don't have a lot of time and want to do a fast wax.

I hated it , did one hood with it and in the garbage .

Ok, but I don't want to do a fast wax job. I guess I'm trying to see how it may compare to some of these other hi-end waxes talked about on this site?

It's not at that level.

Ok well could you recommend something that would dramatically be better and around the same price as I payed $25 for this. I also apply by hand will this bea big difference in the shine quality? I am not really interested in longevity as I enjoy waxing, although it would be a plus but not a must.

I didn't like how it went on , spread about and buffed out .

disregard my comments . I was thinking on the spray wax . I have no idea on the paste .

Ok yeah mine is the paste wax. Compared to the normal Mcguires and other auto parts waxes this is by far the best to apply and take off that I have used.

P21S (blue cap)
Collinite 915 (I've never used it, but it has a steller reputation)
Natty's Red (umm... Why would anyone buy auto parts store wax when you could buy this???)

Or, if your on a super tight budget, just get a good sealant like Duragloss (about $10)

I don't know, something about OTC products just turn me off. They just scream "compromise". I know some people here like them, but if your concerned with price there are lines out there like Poor Boys and Duragloss that are pretty much OTC priced that are very good.

The spray is not much different than a liquid wax. Spread, let dry to haze, buff off. I like it ok, shine is nice, not the best or worst spray wax I've used.

The surf city QDs are quality IMO. I like using the Hot Rod synthetic QD to help dry the car. The tire pro spray isn't that great, makes too much of a mess. Their shampoos work just fine though.

i have used it in the past, i like the surf city brand but have since moved on to better brands.

I've been using this in place of my two favorites, Megs 34 and Adams. I really like it. And easy to find at Pep Boys.

I too have added it to my on going wax obsession collection. Very easy to apply, dries quickly, removes effortlessly, smells GREAT !! It provides nice water beading . I can't find any real complaints. Like everything else, it is all personal preference. For the price, there is not much to loose. Also, it makes granite counter tops dazzle.
