I know AG dosen't sell them anymore but they have become avaiable otc at wally world.Price is a little high but cheaper than Pepboys

any thoughts and recomendations?

I have used the surf city Garage products not a bad line.

Surf City Killer Chrome polish & Beyond Black tire dressing. Fantastic products IMO.Im the MAN

Clearly Better (glass); Beyond Black (tire) were both good.

Total Grime Destroyer is my go to tar remover. Dilute it at 3:1 and it's just as effective as full strength.

I heard good things about this and diluting makes it cost affective to try!

thanks for the info

maybe they will make their way down here, and can give them a try unless its a regional thing like how some advance auto parts carry griots garage stuff.

Here, a few Advanced Autos carries a few of Surf City products. More recently Wal-mart has picked up what looks like the full line. I saw more different products than I knew they had. The wife had a hard time getting me out of that isle.

The Beyond Black Tire Dressing is my go to. Wish AG still sold it actually, but you can buy refills at the SCG website.

As others have mentioned, the Road Trip is good, and I keep it on hand. As well as their glass cleaner and interior spray.

Outside of that, I don't think they have any other standouts.

Dilute with water right? I love grime destroyer but when I have to coat the front end of my car I cringe over the cost so I wouldn't mind diluting it!

Beyond black is my only tire dressing that ill use.

Yep. I dilute it with water 3:1 and pit it in a garden pump sprayer for a fine mist

Thanks for the tip on diluting Grime Destroyer. I currently have 2 bottles on the shelf. The stuff is great, but seems to be a little harsh on textured plastic. Dash Away is my favorite interior cleaner/protectant. I also have Beyond Black, but saving it until my others are used up.
