TCP Global Pad

Just wondering if anyone has ever used these pads, and how good are they. They came with my Dewalt rotary that I got from eBay .

Wool pad
Red-heavy cut
Orange-medium cut
Blue-light cut
Green- soft polish
Black-final finish
Look just like 3M waffle pads, which I've used but was years ago.
