Tell me about Xpel Fusion Plus compared to other premium ceramic coatings?

So my shop installed Xpel Ultimate Plus PPF on the frontal areas of my new M5 and they also applied Xpel Fusion plus on the PPF only, I was going to use Gyeon MOHS Evo but since they've done it I may just leave it alone for now?

How good is this stuff?

From what I can tell, not bad.

From the maintenance washes we do, it's been holding up, but we've only been using it since late 2020 or early 2021. We were using Ceramic Pro before that. The Xpel Fusion Plus is a lot more efficient and easier to apply (still is a pain buy way easier than CP).

I like the company though.

I had the option to use it when we put PPF on my gf's Jeep, but I bought CarPro Skin and installed that instead, which I've since removed and installed Optimum Gloss Coat, which I like a LOT more.

I did the same with the bassist in one of my bands. He had his entire Macan ppf'd, and the front of his M3 filmed. I went with Gloss Coat on both of those too. He loves it!

I haven't looked into Xpel Chems yet but it is on my long laundry list of to-do's.
Mainly:Partially cause Xpel has big no's on using Petroleum Distillates, etc and I wonder what difference the chem makeup in Xpel's branded lineup is compared to the usual *detailing geek* brands we tend to favor and use
