I just wanted to thank Brian for helping me out over the phone today to get some of my online orders straightened out and split shipping on some of them that had backorders.

I had the same issue with them holding my shipment because one item was backordered

The system supposedly won't let you order something that is backordered and the item still doesn't show as backordered now?

Still no shipping info and no notification of the delay

I wouldn't have heard a peep unless I had emailed CS at AGO
 
I had the same issue with a previous order from a couple weeks ago and I PMed Meghan and she took care of it. This time around I wanted something quicker after getting the backorder email today. So I called and Brian helped me out in splitting my order.
