Just wanted to thank everyone for all the advice I've gotten and read. I came to this forum thinking washing and waxing was all there was. In the last 3 months I've now learned a ton. With the purchase of a griots da I've now washed, clayed, compounded, polished, waxed 4 cars that I either own or are family members (2014 Mercedes slk, 2012 Jeep Wrangler, 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2006 Mercedes R350). I've posted pictures of all these cars in Facebook and I have a ton of people asking me to do their cars along with paying me. I'm not even close to a pro and just find this relaxing so all I'm telling them is pay for my pads, a little for my supplies and a case of beer.
