I had sent in a order for several products. When the autogeek box arrived only one item was in the box. No mention of any backorders on the BL. I wrote to them and told them of the shortage and withing 4 days I had the balance of my order. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.

wow, that's really rare that something like that happens. The packagers at the warehouse that put together the orders are normally top notch.

sorry your order was screwed up but happy that your happy that you got everything fixed :P
 
Yep, that's never happened that I heard of. Kudos to you though Benz for realizing to human is to error once in aheile and for posting positive comments how it was quickly fixed and not complaining!
 
I do remember a story once, where AG actually sent out a buffer in error WITH a package. The recipient was nice enough to send it back and honest about it. Errors happen ... its nice to see both ends of the coin.
