I order a lot of things online and can say that the service I received from Autogeek has been amazing!
I went to UPS to pick up my order yesterday and when the guy brought it out I noticed the original seal was broken and it was taped back up. I mentioned that to the UPS employee and told him I would accept if everything I ordered was still in there. After we opened it, more than half the stuff I ordered was missing. I quickly refused the package. From what I could tell it looks like UPS mishandled the package and just re-taped the box back up.
I called Autogeek this morning and got Penny on the phone. She saw that the packaged is being returned and re-created my order. I sent a few pictures to her of the package and what I saw inside when I opened it. She took it one step further and said she'll upgrade my order to expedited shipping and that I should get it later this week (Note: I'm from California). Hopefully I get my tracking sometime today. Thanks Autogeek!
