That's an awesome looking Toyota. Looks quite a bit like a Datsun 240 Z. Although I can't say I'm digging those fender mounted mirrors. Pontiac had a similar abortion on the 1964 GTO. Maybe that is where they got the idea.
Considering the year of production and the state of Toyota at that time I'll bet it's more show than go.

Yeah its a couple years before the original Z by about 2 years and its performance was surely onpar for the day, I mean a base Corvette back then ran mid 14's, a brick in today's world

The mirrors are classic JDM but back to the performance, well, I mean....JUST LOOK AT IT

I think "The Bays" concept would work in heavily congested cities with limited parking for an additional car. It's a very niche market though.

I dont think $30.00 per hour is unreasonable at all. many people are willing to pay $15.00 for two minutes to take their vehicle through the tunnel wash.
For $30.00 i get a whole hour to maintain my vehicle correctly seems like a bargain.

I paid $449 for an entire year and get 3 hrs a month, additional time, because I'm a member, is $22.00 an hour

It comes out to $37 a month for the 3 hrs/$12 an hour

I was in east valley Phoenix yesterday and stopped into the new Bays-Mesa AZ. I met the owner Mike. Location opened in October. Mike has made this a “top-shelf” location for any detailing enthusiast wanting to enjoy detailing their vehicle in a professional bay setting. Has all the best tools to use and/or rent.Even has AC which is a huge advantage during the oppressive summer AZ heat. I definitely would consider this as a viable option but I live an hour away in Glendale. Mike alsosaid Ivan paid him a visit after SEMA. I wish Mike future success.
