Not very happy with photos I took for this review... but.. here we go.

The Belt

So I have been selected as one of the reviewer for "The Belt".
Pretty study, top of the each pocket is reinforced, belt itself is about 4 feet.

Lets see what you can fit in there...

  • 1 liter carpro eraser
  • 20oz blackfire spray bottle
  • 16oz XMT 360
  • 32oz generic chemical spray bottle
  • JONES soda bottle

When I first saw this product, I was wondered if it can hold all these weights without sagging off your body. I walked around with 3 bottles of chemicals (16oz +) and couple MF towels and it was holding on very well, no sign of coming off my body or sagging.

Conclusion

This belt is sturdy and comfortable to wear. I been going back and forth, running around my garage because I left my bottle to other side and etc.
The belt sure can fix this problem and save your times (Time is money, especially for detailers as you know)
You can customize it anyway you want, you can use only 1 bag if you wanted to or you can use it with your regular belt, if that's what you want.

Thanks for reading and please excuse my poor photos and messy garage loll

What are the pouches made from? Or, I guess more accurately how "soft: are they?

Dont know what material it is, but its soft enough, it feels like...... demin? haha

but while I was walking around with all the stuffs in the bag and "acting" like I was polishing,
it didnt really worry me hitting the car or adding swirls.

if thats what youre worried about.

I might remove one of the big pocket and just use 2 smalls ones and 1 big one.

Ah the price. Honestly, you could take one of those military style magazine dump pouches, or even two, and put them on your belt. Maybe 12$ a dump pouch, then just attac a mf clothe on the outside of the pouch to prevent scratching the car. Just a thought

Yeah, that was my concern. I have a microfiber apron I made from a larger drying towel - works great to prevent scratched, but just ok for holding stuff. I like the concept of the belt, but I know my habit of leaning first and thinking about it later. :)

Price is pretty harsh for what it is, I agree.
I thought about using one of those bag that rock climers use to hold their chalk powder as well.
but still think this is better option compare to rupes belt, cheaper and more practical.

Great review. Thanks for sharing !!

Thank you sir

haha wow, you made one? I want to see xD

Yeah either way. I'll probably just pickup a dump pouch.

The price is a definitive draw back. There is no way it cost that much to make. I would go $20-30 but heck I'm just fine with the aprons I have used for years.

It looks nice but I'll just stick to using my cart. I'm old and getting up and down is bad enough. I'm sure that some people will love it but not for my liking and also I'm plump and since you are putting the belt over top of clothing the waist size should go to 50. Not all of us detailers look like Mike Phillips you know. LOL.

^ Does it come in XXXL?

I'm in the same boat. One size fits most is not my category unless it's a ball cap.....

It looks like a nice design though. I had a bucket holder thing some years ago, it was handy but it rotted quick and fell apart.

Great review though.

You should see my garage! 5lbs of crud in a 2lb bag! I have a path in the middle and try not to trip on anything going through it!

I purchased this as a kit that has the knee and back pad and free AutoGeek t-shirt. It is very affordable as the kit. The knee and back pad has saved my wife from any back pain since she put it on top of her dinning room chair where she does computer work. My pad has saved me from discomfort also in the drive way and garage.
