A female friend of mine hit me up recently for a detail. The vehicle looked good from a distance but an up close inspection revealed some nice scratches and swirls. So I took the job on hoping to add some more gloss/depth and get rid of most of those nasty scratches and swirls.

Products used:
Machine - GG6
Wash with Megs Super Soap
Sonax FE
Meguiars APC for tires
Decon with IRON X
Clay
Cut Compound with Yellow LC flat pads
Wipe down with Griots Garage Pre wax cleanser
DG 601
DG 105
then waxed with CG Pete's 53.
Meguiars tire gel

I ran out of sunlight since I started late but I will still post up the pics i was able to get. Sorry no sun shots.

On to the pics..
On drop off

After DG 601/105 No LSP yet. Had to pull her out the garage real quick to do a little inspection before I lost all light.

Thanks for looking everyone. :buffing:

x2 last pic is the one that is working and looks very nice

Love the end product of your work.
Thank you sir! I try my best.

Thanks a lot. It was hard to capture the gloss after the sun went down. It seems like the sun is gone by 430pm these days in Vegas. The past pic did have the LSP applied that did add some extra gloss though.

Nice job, looks like those rims took no time with such a little amount of spokes. I wonder if having no spokes would add aerodynamics to the car?

Thanks Bill. It did take a little less time but it still didn't go as fast as I thought it would. Since I had more access, I found more areas to clean..lol. I think you might be on to something with the no spoke thing Bill. Let me know how it works out for you.. :D

I would think of spokes like fan blades, I wonder if it would be the same as that dyson fan with no blades. Maybe in the future we could have the added weight go into something more useful like more speeds to transmission or other new parts.

Hmmm.. This just went pretty deep.. now you have my brain running all over the place.. hahaha..

Beautiful work Jace! Car came out great! Keep up the outstanding work buddy!

Can't wait to see your next thread using the 3401 and hybrids....
