I just received my vacuum and I must say I am rather impressed. The hose and hose extension tube attachment are made of much heavier material than I expected, which seems like very high quality. The unit is sleek, and the brushes and other attachments seem very well made. It cleans as well as any shop vac that I have used. It is rather quiet, as well, which certainly was a pleasure compared to many vacuum cleaners that I have used. The filter bag is easy to access, in order to ease routine maintenance. I thought that the cord was a bit short, at only 5 feet, but since this is designed to be a wall mount vac, I suppose that really isn't an issue. I am a little disappointed by the fact that it isn't a wet vac. The instructions say do not use to vacuum liquids. It also mentioned that when using the soap and water method to clean the inside of a dirty hose, that it must be COMPLETELY dry before using the hose which is a 24 hour wait. I'll keep you posted on long term use of this vacuum.
