The OCD Method of Washing Microfiber Towels
I actually am NOT and OCD person or detailer. That said, I do like my microfiber towels and buffing pads clean. Here's the correct way to wash stuff. Most people do it wrong. They add add the laundry and the laundry soap while the wash tub is filling.
Here's the right way
Let the washing machine tub FILL with water first.
Next add your detergent...
Squeeze the sides of the bottle and the measuring chamber will fill....
NOW - LET THE AGITATOR MIX THE DETERGENT AND WATER TOGETHER FOR A UNIFORM SOAPY MIXTURE
Then add your laundry...
This is how you do it....
By enabling the detergent to fully mix with the clean wash water you'll have a uniform mixture of soapy water.
If you add the detergent and then the laundry - or - add the laundry and then the detergent while the tub is still filling - it's harder for the laundry soap to disperse evenly throughout the full amount of water. By the time the laundry detergent does fully mix throughout all the water - the wash cycle is over.
Only takes a minute or two longer to do it this way and this is the OCD Method of Washing Microfiber Towels - for those of you who feel compelled to do all things as best as can be done.
And for those of you thinking ahead - "yes" after you finish putting all the laundry into the washing machine - then start the wash cycle over again for a full wash cycle.
