The process behind an AIO(Speed,Passes,Pads)

Hello guys I've looked in the forum to see if I could find the answer , I know for the swirl /scratches M105/205 we got for 6 speed on a DA for 6 good passes if we can for good correction...

now when it comes to AIO , D151, XMT360, Klasse... How many passes do you guys usually do , what pads do you usually approach the paint with and with what speed??

need some input on that since I;m gonna tackle my own highlander 2004 (white) and I saw mike doing it and it looked amazing afterwards but I never saw the speed or passes that you should get for a good finish.
 
So what I took away from that link is it depends on the condition of the paint. If it needs all the help it can get, treat the AIO like a polish. High speed, aggressive pad (not too aggressive) and more passes. With the added bonus if leaving some protection and shine.
If the paint is in good (enough) shape, treat it like a cleaner wax. Slow it down, fewer passes, and a softer pad. With the added bonus of minor defects removed.
I've used a AIO twice. Once to remove some mild water spots, so I used my DA as if I was using a LSP (speed 3, wax pad, enough passes for complete coverage). The other time was to follow up a medium polish to remove marring from the cutting pad where I worked it like a finish polish (speed 4.5, finish polish pad, 4-6 passes).
