Saturday was a beautiful day in Dallas. The long, seemingly endless rain has abated. I took the opportunity to wash the Jag. Sorry there are no before pictures. It was not nearly as filthy as the Wife’s Quest (see my post from July 4).

Wash:
AG Foam gun and Shmitt
PB Super Slick Suds
Dried with the Guzzler

Wheels:
PB Spray & Rinse
Wheel wells received DP Exterior Cleaner
After the wash, I wiped down the wheels with PB Spray & Gloss
No Touch spray on the wheel wells
Pinnacle Black Onyx on the tires – I love this stuff on my tires.

Paint:
PB Spray & Rinse on a few spots that needed additional cleaning
Spray Souveran wax

Glass:
Diamonite on my newly tinted windows. The window tinting looks great. I’m so happy I finally did it.
DP Plex-all on the head lights and tail lights

Interior:
DP Interior cleaner – this stuff is awesome!
PB Natural Look

I took the pictures around 7:00 PM so the lighting is a bit dark. The color almost looks black but it is British Racing Green. My Wife and I were leaving for a party.

Nice job Don, it does almost look black! I like the flare of green in the sunlight though :)

The hood shot looks incredible !

The Jag looks great and you found a cute model to pose good man ;). I've read (I beleive it was Killr) that said Pinnacle and WG tire dressing are very very similar in looks and everything else. WG is just a bit cheaper so you may want a cheaper alternative and still get the same look and durabilty.

Nice Jag right there ;) The reflections are sweet!! Brithis racing green is a nice color, very luxy :D Looks like a great house to. So we are switching next summer? :p

That is some nice work, I also enjoyed the weather here in Texas yesterday seeing as it stopped raining for a bit. Post coming later!

That green sure does look beautiful when done right. From your other posts, am I right to guess that your garage is in a seperate road in the back of your house?

Very nice work! The Jag looks great. Love that first pic with the reflection of the sky!

Dengood1, Thanks bro. We have rabbits around the neighborhood. It is very odd since we live in a densely populated area. Its fun seeing them run around. One day a large bird (some type of Hawk I think) flew off from my bushes when I walked out the front door with a rabbit hanging from its talons. Good catch on spotting the rabbi. I didn't notice him when I took the shot.

Thanks ehuth1, I was surprised at how well the hood was reflecting the clouds. I guess that Spray Souveran is some good stuff!

Wytstang, funny you should say that. I had intended to buy the Wolfgang product but when I went to order it, the Pinnacle was on sale so I opted for that. I’m really pleased with it. It seems to last much longer than the DP product. Oh, and the cute model doesn’t know I posted her picture. It’s not often we get dressed up and go out.

Pirex, I’m down for a trade! But I don’t think you would find much to see in Dallas. It is not the most scenic area.

P1et, Yes, our house, like many in this area has an alley in the back with access to the garage. My house also has a circular driveway which is not common. I like the combination of the two.

Thanks everyone for the compliments.

Man the hood looks like a mirror, very nice. Even the rabit had to stare at it hahahaha.

You got a nice house there, hey I like your idea of having a model beside your car ;) I'll have to try this out with my wife next time :D....please don't miss interpret, I'm just complimenting who I assume is your wife, I mean no disrespect.

Thanks for sharing the vehicle looks incredable, I love the look of Jag's. Very clay.

I'm glad it stopped raining for you Reddwarf. You keep you Jag looking great.

I've been stuck in Michigan for almost 2 weeks now and it only rained once. They could really use some rain up here.

red nice job on the ride... as you've said to me "your doing the 254 proud", not sure what area code you're in, but ur doing it justice as well my friend.

You know that I love your car don't you? Reddwarf, thanks for sharing these beautiful pics of your car. She's awesome, that is some deep wet green paint on her.
PM sent...

WOw the hood in the first pic is just DRIPPING! I think the rabbit was attracted to your green Jag :p

Great work, be carefull so the hawk dont try to grab the jag on the hood. Good looking model too....

Thanks Dust2Glory. I'm in 972 & 214.

Truls, I would hate to have the hawk attack my hood ornament!

Update: Today the rains came again when I was taking the kids to a movie. Then driving home I ran into a flooded part of the road and spalshed dirty rain water all over the car. :(

On the up side, the Souveran Spray Wax did a really nice job of beading up the rain into really small beads. I'm really beginning to be impressed with this product.

This evening I hit the car with PB S&W and a plush Cobra to clean off the dirt from the rain. I followed up with Clearkote Quik Shine and DP Krystal Vision on the windows. But man it is so humid out! It feels like Houston! But hey, the car is clean again. :o

The cloud reflection on the hood is awesome. Too bad it rained on your car but it gave you a chance to watch some nice beading and clean it up again. Souveran Spray is one of my favorites and I always want to eat cookies when I'm done with it.;)
