Well for the past 3 weeks I've been cracking at the stang one panel at a time during the weekends. Optimum and 6.5'' edge pads were not getting much done for me, to much effort with little payback in return. So I switched to 5'' LC CCS pads and cracked at the next panel and it was slightly better but not enough return. So I finally broke down and ordered some SIP/106 to see if they could get me the results I felt I should get. Menzerna SIP is a miracle in a bottle to me, it surpassed my expectation after just one 2x2 section I knew I hit the jack pot. I still need to do the roof, front and rear bumper and the lower trunk area. I also got a chance to finally get WG Deep Gloss Sealant on 90% of the car to see what it looks like on a well prepped white car. WOW!!! I never did use 106 since SIP was finishing down LSP ready.
I tried to get a good pic of the damaged paint but white just washes out so much

Here is the wing after a pass of SIP (best I could do in the sun)

Here is the side sail panel (best full sun shot I could get)

The rest of the shots are shade shots, this truly shows how well the paint looks when prepped and how darn good WG DGS looks on white

It wasn't to bad after I found the products that worked for me. Menzerna SIP and LC CCS 5'' pads made the job easier and WG DGS made the paint a very nice wet/shine to it.

First of all let me say that you have a very beautiful car.
You know after I tried for the first time XMT #3 I'm in the same situation as you were because I need something stronger and for what I've read here, Menz SIP and 106 because #3 is very mild for my needs. Your pictures show it clearly, congrats!

Looks very good wystang. I love Liquid Souveran over Wolfgang DGPS on white.

Thank you, you should try different pad combo's first. Use your most aggressive pad and see what you get. If you have tried all sorts of different pads all ready and not seen the result you want the break out the credit card and do it. I went from the Edge 6.5 pads (all of them) the bought LC CCS 5'' pads and got better results (but not enough), to SIP that just worked amazing well. Like I said I didn't even use 106 since SIP finished down so well.

Wow, that just looks great. Good job. I still love your white wheels on white.

Thank you, the white on white does help me stand out and not look like every other mustang.

Great job, Wytstang! SIP trully is miracle in a bottle. I love it myself. But I still feel you should try PO106FF, just to jewel the surface.

Awesome Job! WG Deep Gloss Sealant is one of the most look of wax product for a sealant out there IMO... So easy to use too! Thanks for sharing....

That will happen after winter probably. Right now I just want to drive it and enjoy it.

Yes it is, it's probably the only sealant I'll keep in my stash (maybe JW Acrylic Trigger will make the cut)

Looks great, nice looking stang. Bet those white wheels are a pain to keep clean. I got black cobra r's that are a paint, can't imagine having white wheels. I really like WGDPS, lasts decently long and looks awesome. Some liquid souveran would look awesome over that!

I thought you sold the stang, glad to see she still fills the driveway.

Looks good, thats go game plan and what i might have to do for my mustang, one panel at a time. Question: do you get alot of swirl marks on that flat part on the bumber just below the license plate?
