Well for the past 3 weeks I've been cracking at the stang one panel at a time during the weekends. Optimum and 6.5'' edge pads were not getting much done for me, to much effort with little payback in return. So I switched to 5'' LC CCS pads and cracked at the next panel and it was slightly better but not enough return. So I finally broke down and ordered some SIP/106 to see if they could get me the results I felt I should get. Menzerna SIP is a miracle in a bottle to me, it surpassed my expectation after just one 2x2 section I knew I hit the jack pot. I still need to do the roof, front and rear bumper and the lower trunk area. I also got a chance to finally get WG Deep Gloss Sealant on 90% of the car to see what it looks like on a well prepped white car. WOW!!! I never did use 106 since SIP was finishing down LSP ready.
I tried to get a good pic of the damaged paint but white just washes out so much
Here is the wing after a pass of SIP (best I could do in the sun)
Here is the side sail panel (best full sun shot I could get)
One full car sun shot
The rest of the shots are shade shots, this truly shows how well the paint looks when prepped and how darn good WG DGS looks on white
