I just ran across the video on facebook, now see this post.

Great job man.
Keep up the good work.
My only suggestion would be to add some type of lip/edge to the added shelves to keep items from falling off should they slide around.
 
That cart is pretty awesome. I don't do much work outside, but I could still see the value even when I'm only working in a 20x20 garage.

I love the recycle bin idea. I use an extra 5 gallon bucket, but for the cart, the recycle bin is perfect. Maybe consider another similar can for detrashing?
