I watched a very interesting documentary on PBS last night about the Third Platoon, Charlie Company. What happened to them in Iraq, and what happened when they came home....
FRONTLINE: the wounded platoon | PBS

If anybody has a chance to watch it I would recommend it.

If you like that stuff i highly recommend "Generation Kill." It's a 7 part series by David Simon, the same guy that did The Wire. Excellent series.

If you want an accurate account of battles in Afghanistan I suggest WAR written by Sebastian Junger. It's extremely well done. It also has details of how our latest Medal Of Honor awardee, Army Staff Sgt. Salvatore Giunta, earned his MOH.

Looks like a good watch. PBS always airs the best documentaries and programs. Such a shame, more people my age should watch it.

You ever see Who Killed The Electric Car?

Wow. I can't believe more is not done to help them.

It is a shame. The soldiers risk there lives everyday for us over there and it is sad to see them not being taken care of when they need help. It's just wrong for the military to discharge soldiers so they can not get help when they need help.

Politics. Just another reason I can't stand the cowards.
