I placed a number of purchases on PBMG recently but all of them have issues.
I am posting this on the Customer Comments board hoping that the Autogeek staff will see this post and respond to my enquiries.

First off how long does it takes for Autogeek to issue a refund on products I returned?
I have an order (lets call it Order 1) that is returned back to Autogeek on 10/10/2011 (UPS tracking) but I still haven't received any update from Autogeek about a refund to my credit card.

Then there is the second order did not come with an invoice.

Thirdly I purchased Sonus leather conditioner and the cap is broken, seal dropped out and the conditioner inside has dried out.

Forth thing, I purchased 2 of Sonus All Purpose Cleaner in my 3rd and 4th order seperately. As product description states, each of them should come with a empty mixing spray bottle but I only received 1. Besides the free sample was also missing.

I do not live in USA so shipping an empty bottle of leather conditioner back to USA is not something I would like to do. I wonder if it is possible for Autogeek to send:
1. a new flip cap of any brand (I would call myself unlucky to receive a dried up leather conditioner but would like to use the bottle for something else)
2. an empty Sonus APC spray bottle
3. a sample of Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant that was missed out
to a friend of mine in USA? She will be visiting me during the Xmas.

Thank you for your kind consideration and Autogeek please let me know your response.

Dennis P.

Next time contact them directly instead of posting. They're always willing to make something right.

If you haven't contacted them directly to give them a chance to make it all right, I don't think posting here is very fair of you.

Don't have any worries Auto Geek will make everything right trust me their service is awesome . If you can't call them email them direct and they will handle it .I also wouldn't worry about shipping anything back you have pictures of the problems I'm sure they will ship out the missing products .

Seems like you always having problems with you orders Dennis. This isn't the first thread you've made regarding simuliar circumstances, is it?

Must be frustrating dealing with damaged goods, but IMO thats more of an issue you should be taking up with the shipper and not the supplier

:iagree:

.....are much more effective ways to get in touch with customer service regarding an order. As much as Penny and the other customer service representatives love a shiny car, the forum isn't the best way to get in touch with them and any questions or concerns regarding an order should be contacted via one of the above methods. If you send one of us an email with your order number and the question or concern that you have regarding the order, I can assure you that it will be handled in a timely manner. :dblthumb2:

I wouldn't worry, AG has the best customer service in the industry, bar none.

I guess I am an unlucky guy everytime I place my order on PBMG something would go wrong. However I am not worried about the service of Autogeek. I am confident about the nice people of PBMG would do something for me.

Nick@Autogeek, I have sent an email to the customerservice email address you stated. I have stated the purchase numbers in the email to facilitate the staff of PBMG to handle this.

I appreciate the comment from everyone.

For future reference, do this the first time and it will be handled promptly. :xyxthumbs:

Looks like Nick is lurking around the computer on a Sunday Morning(his only day off). You work 6 days a week and you are shooting for 7 days a week. I smell burnout coming, :nomore:

Working is good for you, it builds character. ;)

I've only had one issue with an order and it was handled quickly when I contacted someone at AG directly. No worries I'm sure it will be resolved quickly

I think people need to understand that your not in the US and the time difference makes it difficult to call and talk to someone which is probably why you posted here. It is quicker to email like Nick suggested though.
