This Generator for mobile detailing?

The generac is pretty much the same and a heck of a lot cheaper.

16 amps is what it will give you. I dont know how much your tools require but I doubt its that much. Each tool will have an ampacity rating on it, or at least it should.

Yeah I was looking at the Generac as well... didnt have as many positive reviews, but I do have a 10% off coupon I can use in the store...
 
That is way to much for a generator of that capacity.. I suppose it would be worth it if you needed a compact generator for space reasons.

Also do you have 2 people working or just one? that generator will only run 1 high powered shop vac and nothing else. So if you are using a team for washing cars i would look for something with more wattage.. remember watts = volts x amps. so a 15amp vacuum pulls 1650 watts.
 
Great tips Kenny. I only have 1 person that will be using this and I needed it to be small and quiet. Home Depot gave me 10% off and free shipping so it was $693.87 with a 3 year warranty.

The Honda is over $1,000 shipped new. I know the Generac was cheaper, but I'm hoping for quality with the Yamaha.
