So I've been using it for a few months, on my 2nd bottle and I think it might be removing my LSP? I am a Zaino user and when I ran out of the Z-6 I switched to SS because it was on sale and readily available at my local Advanced Auto Parts.

Anyways, I notice the area where I use the SS typically on the front bumper (QD for bug removal) on my BMW 335i black and Jeep GC Overland grey there's no beading when I wash it later.

Your thoughts and opinions? Never had that issue with Zaino's QD (Z-6) :buffing:

What do you use for bug removal when you wash?

GSS is the best QD I've ever used FWIW

Its pretty good, and inexpensive if bought in bulk, but FK425 is slicker.

I have used GG SS in the past w/o a problem, good, solid product IMO.

You might be removing the lsp when you scrub the bugs

i'm pretty gentle as i have a microfiber with me - i wipe it down after each drive. if it's moderately full of bugs i spray it down and let it dwell for a minute or so.

Griot's speed shine is the best dedicated QD that I have used as well. It does contain some wax, which should boost protection some. Naturally, the areas you wash the most will wear own the fastest.

Just used it for the first time on Monday. I think it's a really nice product. I like it better than using ONR as a QD, which may be heresy in these parts :)

Price is OK...I think $12ish for 35oz at AAP. I love the smell and I really like the ease of use and it does leave a nice shine.

It's a great clay lube!

Love the stuff and never see any loss of any application underneath. Actually I am seeing it build and last--also I switched over to the spray on wax and works great with a quick wash or when wet and car is clean from rain....nice pop up shine that lasts. :xyxthumbs:

iirc it's about $16 with sprayer included.

$14.99 at my local Advance Auto...but regardless, it's a great product I love to use.

I've tried a bunch of QD's and Griot's is up there with the best IMO. Optimum's OID may add a bit more gloss and I haven't yet tried Ultima or FK425, but the GG stuff is extremely easy to use and a very good value.

It doesn't take much to remove the LSP. From now on every couple of times try waxing the front of the car (and mirrors). That area takes a lot of abuse

Another good one is PB spray and gloss. I have been using it for a while and like alot. Doesn't kill LSP.

Awesome stuff, been using it since they called it fast shine.

I have been using speed shine for years. I love it. never had any problems with it and really does give that paint a damn nice shine. I also just tried pinnacle crystal mist. Im hooked on that too
