"Thread Ratings" Issue

There are several threads that have stars by them, and I've always ignored it. Today, I noticed one with only 1 star and clicked on it. In the Thread Rating Drop Down, it said I had already voted. I have never rated a thread. So I get to clicking on the threads that have stars and many of them say I have already rated them. I'm pretty tech savvy and can promise you I've never clicked that drop down menu and rated a thread. Anyone know what could be going on here? I can't undo the votes either.

Like you those have left me confused sometimes because I never use them either but when I try I already voted too.....:dunno:
