I did not catch the name of the gentleman at ext.#509 who just assisted me, but just wanted to thank him for the help.
I placed an order the evening of July 4th, and in that order I purchased the Menz Sealing Wax APO 60 that was under BOGO. I received my order yesterday and the there was only one bottle.
I called today and was advised I just missed that product on BOGO (the order was filled July 5th and new BOGO's up). Without me saying a word he advised that a bottle would be shipped out. Not even three minutes later I received an email confirming the order.
Kudos to the excellent customer service. No wait time on the call, no excuses, no blame placed on customer, and offerede a speedy resolution. Having worked in a customer position service position it is a hard job, and can easily put one in a bad mood. The CSR's catch the flack of everything a person is not happy with.
