Did this job today. Gave the guy alittle more than what he wanted. Still some flaws in the paint. But customer was happy and picked up 3 more jobs while at it

Great job! Nothing wrong with doing a little more for a new customer. This is how you get more customer and get a good name for your self.
 
Would it be safe to say the shiny parts were repainted with clearcoat and the oxidized parts were original paint? I've seen that several times on a few cars this year alone.

Yes there were a few repainted areas on the truck with clear coat

Thanks everyone. I had the extra time when i started this truck so i wanted to do an extra step on the finish for the customer and he loved it

Thanks. I really like getting these kind of jobs sometimes. That way I can really test out some of the products and see what they can and can't do
