This morning I got a call from a new client regarding there silver Tahoe

The paint was in pretty good shape and after some talk we decided on a Iron X and Clay bar treatment followed by Menzerna PowerLock

The interior was filthy. The leather seats needed to be cleaned and conditioned

Steps:
Interior.
Thorough vacuuming
Leather seats deep cleaned and conditioned
All interior surfaces cleaned and conditioned
Floor mats extracted with Mytee II

BEFORE

After:

His son thinks he's Picasso

Exterior
Wash two bucket method with meguiars hyper wash
Dried with damp microfiber towels and rigid blower attachment

Iron X

Clean:

Then Clayed with a medium grade Clay bar and ONR mixed one ounce per bottle

Finally topped with PowerLock

Was he also responsible for the "Lexus" floor mats
being in the silver "Tahoe"?

Are those floor mats really clean..... maybe it's just the light, but, they still look dirty around the "lexus" logo area.

What did you use to get the pen off the headrest? I've got a little "situation" in my wife's car with a marker from one of my son's friends.

I use nail polish remover or a acetone based product. Then I wipe the area with a leather cleaner to neutralize the acetone and remove it. And then condition

Are those floor mats really clean..... maybe it's just the light, but, they still look dirty around the "lexus" logo area.

No they were just really bad. The area around the logo had a lot of dirt and debris that had been sitting there for years so the dirt had become engrained in the carpet fiber. Some stains you just can't remove unless you re-dye the area. Which I do!!
