Ok got that off my chest. Ordered my PC and pads and now I need product. I am only worried about my 2 cars, a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega cab(big ol beast) that is silver and the wifes 2007 Trailblazer SS in Imperial Blue(dark navy). I have had the SS detailed every year or so until this year as my guy left town. I am not finding anyone near (Ventura CA) that looks like I want to try so here I go.

I am not planning on anything but minor scratch removal and polish. If I need more I will find someone close that does this all day long. I am leaning towards this setup
1.Clay bar(cleaned at the local hand wash place that is good then touch up at home)
2.M-205, this is as hard as I will work it I think and seems the most liked
3.WG-PPE, sounds like the best option for a noob and covers the cleaning
4.Klasse HGSG, this is the point I am  at as reading about WG-DGPS has me wondering, I am not really looking for show car looks as much as protection but the big thing about 12hours with no water/Dew or the WG_DGPS will be a pain as we get the off shore fog and dew here most the time.

Ok novel done, so what do you guys recomend? Cost is a concern but buying the wrong thing then having to buy again is worse. None of this is a final so if there is a better/easier to use or works better together let me know before I hit the buy button.

Welcome from Central PA. I would recommend Collinite's #845 as a LSP. I have applied it under the cover of the local car wash in a rain storm and then driven the car directly home and parked in the rain and it still lasted through the winter outside 24/7.

Have you look at the Menzerna polishes? They are great, and good for when you just want to do a one step polish...

Menzerna products CLICK HERE

Maybe go with something like final polish or even power finish ?
