Tornador customer service

I wasn't sure where to post this but wanted to give a nice review about the actually company tornador. Hopefully this is okay as it's a brand AG carries. I've been using their blow out gun for the past year. I love it but the pin kept breaking off and after 5+ replacement pins I finally called the company. They said they are sending a replacement pin and a new handle since mine got bent from constantly taping it up to stay in place. I'll update my review when I see the parts on my doorstep but over the phone they were great and no questions asked. They took my word for it and said they would resolve the issue.

That's great to hear ks, i've been thinking about buying a setup for the tornador to try out.
I hear alot of good things about it and how it saves so much time specially if you are doing this for a living.

There products are great. There customer service is great also. Before I bought one I called the company and spoke to the owner Dennis Dhen. An extremely nice and helpful man. Because of the time he spent with me before I bought the Tornador Black, I learned how much of an air compressor to buy. This has made a very successful purchase. This tool is the most important tool in cleaning the interior of a car.

I recently did a Ferrari 308. The area behind the headrest was so dirty from driveing without the Targa roof. Without the Tornador Black this could not have been cleaned. The fabric was so delicate.
