I have to do a little touch up paint on my car and decided to go the manual route. Found a few guides on the net to build the coat slowly & then get some kindof seal or clear coat on top of the paint correction.
Some of the guides mention primer prior to touch up paint some made no mention of it.
1) Do I need Primer for touch up correction on metal surface
2) Do I need primer for touch up on plastic bumper
If primer is needed, is there any brand or type I should be looking for ( brush on vs feather spray which I think could get messy with overspray - any brands better than others? )
