My resolution this spring is:
"Don't use something thats not enjoyable"

I still like to use traditional paint sealants, but most of them just smell like...chemicals, which is not enjoyable.

What are some traditional sealants that smell good or even decent? Preferably not spray sealants.

Smell good:
Poorboys EX-P
Griots Liquid Gloss Poly Wax
Polish Angel Master Sealant (supposedly faint fruit smell)

Smell bad/Dont smell good:
Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
Sonus Ion
Blackfire Paint Sealant/Wet Diamond (the old version)
DP PoliCoat
Duragloss/Zaino sealants

Ones I haven't tried but suspect they smell bad:
Klasse Sealant Glaze

Ones Im not sure of:
Jescar Ultra Power Lock Plus
Meguiars 21
Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Paint Sealant

Griots 3-1 smell decent. I love the smell of polish Angel and non comes close in ease of use.

Jescar Ultra Lock doesn't smell too bad, just smells "clean" imo. But I too have a broken sniffer and enjoy many odors others find less desirable. Like a 1940s diesel-electric submarine. Or gear oil. So my thoughts here are probably of little value.

I like the smell of alot of Meguiar's stuff, don't know if they go out of their way to make they smell good, but they do.
I like Ultimate Wax and M27, very nice. Old NXT smelled good too.

I think you nailed it...kind of smells a little like diesel exhaust.....which I do not mind at all. I'd rather have something that smells bad and works great, than the other way around

Nufinish has a rather strong smell, chemical. It's one of those "thats strong... but I can't stop smelling it in", lol.
They also made a product called 'Big Finish, by NuFinish' back years ago. Not a product you would wanna use inside a garage, unless all the doors were wide open.

The blue (?) Zymol they used to sell at Target smelled delicious.

NXT 2.0, which I still have some of, is my favorite, but I just can't bring myself to open the brand new bottle.

I used Mckee's High Def Paint Sealant when it first came out and it smelled wonderful.

They call that in the drug community huffing. You have a problem my friend….

I always liked the aroma of Meguiar's M20 Polymer Sealant.

Blue Coral AutoFom liquid and paste smelled good.

Turtle Wax Vision. Ice Paste. Ice Spray. (Original Ice from the 00's)

Surf City Garage Nano Seal.

Optimum Car Wax.

3D Poxy smells SO good, as does Bead It Up.

Shine Supply Banana Shine.

Meguiar's NXT 2.0.

A lot of these aromas evoke a strong nostalgic feel for me - especially the Meguiar's.

Nxt 2.0 is the best smelling product I’ve used to this day.
