Headed south to spend two weeks in the Sunshine State. I will definitely wash the car a few times while on the road; What should I bring to get the best parking garage wash I can?

I will have access to a hose for one week, but the first week I will need to seek out a DIY carwash.

So far, my list is:
Hose nozzle
Mitt
Drying towel
Glass towel
Wax applicator
Terry towel
Dual pile microfiber
2 Edgeless microfibers
5-10 General use microfibers
Car wash
Paste wax
Spray wax
Quick detailer
Glass cleaner
Rain-X
Clay bar
Tire shine

What else should I bring?

Screw all that. I carry a 5 gallon bucket sealed with a gamma lid and a grit guard in it filled with ONR mix and Big red sponge. I grab a dozen or so crap towels for one time use for wiping wheels and quick interior wipe down if needed. I keep a few Waffle weaves for drying. As long as your car has a good layer of sealant or wax or is coated, cleanup should be a breeze. I dont even worry about my tires. I make sure I thoroughly clean them and dress with CarPro PERL before leaving.

Thanks, that's a great idea. I'll be staying at a house for one of the weeks, so I will have the time and space to wash and wax everything. I like the onr idea and will definitely do that week one.

Unless you plan on doing a detail, don't bother with these. Just bring what you would use for a regular wash. I always keep an "emergency" kit in my car: waterless wash, glass cleaner, and towels. Great for touch ups.

I plan on a detail because it's a 1400 mile drive and dnw to drive around for two weeks covered in bugs.
Thank you for the tip on the emergency kit.
