Hi,
I treated my wife's new Accord rubber all season floor mat (just the driver's) with Tuf Shine cleaner and coating.
On tires it does not seem slippery. On rubber floor mats it is slippery, especially when wet.

Any ideas on how to keep the Tuf Shine protection level, so it will clean up super easy, yet
have it not be so slippery???

thanks for any ideas/suggestions.

Oh god...
It will not be good lol.
When the coating gets rubbed by something hard or continuously, the coating will come off and start having spots.

I have never, ever, applied any "protectants" on rubber/vinyl floormats!!!

IMHO...Remove this 'coating': ASAP!!!

The only solvent I'll suggest to do so (and since you've already used it on the floormats)...

See if some of the:
TUF SHINE Tire-Cleaner...will remove their Tire-Coating.

I have purchased WeatherTech floor mats and they don't recommended any treatment like Tuf shine or Armor-All to avoid slippery mats which are not safe.

I will clean rubber floor mats when dirty with Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel, but never apply a protectant.
