Could not leave the two alone today, so put them to the test. The wheel & tire cleaner impressed! Foaming. Cleaned the wheels & tires surgically clean. Used with wheel brushes and tire brush. After i put on a coat of TWSC on the wheels. Next up the new Graphene tire shine. This caught me by total surprise. Is my beloved Duragloss #253 have a rival? Used with a flagged tip brush to apply. Greyish color. Semi thin liquid. Sprayed onto brush and applied. Really fantastic look! Even application. TOTALY IMPRESSED! If this does not sling, and i don't think it will, they have a winner. Curious to see the durability of it. Only drawback i saw would be the size of the wheel & tire cleaner. If you use this as your main cleaner your going to run thru it fast.

Hybrid Solutions Graphene Acrylic Tire Shine Spray Coating

EDIT: Checked this evening. Tires cured dry. No slime.

Much better in-depth review from Brian at APEX DETAILING on both products.

The turtle wax tire shine does not last long at all. Maybe a week if that.

Glad to report this morning, after a 50+ mile trip at hi-way speeds, this product is SLING FREE. Inspected the paint this morning.

Quoting my own message to correct my initial results.

I tried this product again but this time prepped the tire much better and I'm definitely getting much better results. Couple weeks now and still going strong.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the TW HS wheel/tire cleaner did. I've still yet to try it out on a few other vehicles we own to see how it does on different types of tires. If it does just as good this may be my go-to tire cleaner.

The only thing I hate about it is its smell! It is so strong! Its not really a chemical smell but I can't quite put my finger on the scent. Honestly, I'd prefer the typical tire cleaner smell over what this stuff smells like.

Product is intriguing. Checked my tires yesterday. After some heavy rain, and 200 + miles this week, it looks like the day i applied it. IMPRESSIVE. And unexpected. Safe to say they do have a winner here.

I used both for the first time today. My tires/wheels hadn't been cleaned since October (I know, the horror), but because of life getting in the way and Ohio's winter, it couldn't be helped.

I sprayed the cleaner on the tires and just spritzed it on the wheels since I have powder coated stock steelies and not fancy rims and let it dwell for about a minute before scrubbing. I went over the tire twice with a stiff brush and the wheels with a soft bristled brush for a total "dwell time" of about 4 minutes before rinsing. It was late and getting dark when I was done with all 4, so I didn't get to really see the results until the next morning.

By morning, the tires had dried and when it was light enough to see, I inspected the tires....NICE! They were clean and black - no blotching, streaking or anything else, almost good enough to leave it be without dressing them.

Now onto the tire shine. I thought it was a bit on the thicker side when spraying. I coated the tires liberally and let it set for the max recommended time (5 minutes) and wiped off the excess. (I wiped the car down with their 3 in 1 detailer while waiting). I have to say that this is the FIRST tire shine that did not get all splotchy when wiping off the excess. Once again I did this later in the evening, so I won't be able to give an opinion on the final look until morning.

Both products are legit. You're going to love how long the tire shine lasts! Only reason i don't get more is because i have several bottles of Duragloss #253 on hand.
