Twins product good for one application

I picked up a set of the twins and following the directions I find that I can finish one 10 year old car. It turned our spectacular and I look forward to the polish. But I thought I could get a couple cars out of it for the price.

Sounds like you used way too much product.

When doing any work wether by hand or machine the first thing you should do with an new or dry pad is prime the pad with product as shown here:

Once you have primed the pad you will only need a very small amour of working product on the face of the pad as shown here in this thread:

I was usinging the Meg's twins an used way to much product , I was using 8 pases but the white pad was soaked when I was finished. The surface is sectacular for a 8 year old car. But I used a pad prep and a full x for each pass. I'll know better better next time. I probably could have done 4 cars with the amount I used.

Meg's 8oz twins,I did a full X with each section pass obviously way to muc product. Live and learn.
I'd been using Zaino on it ever for the last 7 years. Nice shine but no comparison. The Meg's looks better than new.
