called Bryan, left a VM and returned my call the next day. The question was about the life expectancy of a speed masters brush, as mine broke off flush with the handle. To my surprise he said he'll stick a new one in my order for me. I was not expecting anything other than "x months/cars"
i'm pretty blown away, and will be bringing both of them a few boxes of Pork Roll as long as my plans to attend detail fest happen! i'm sure Bob knows about pork roll, since he's from sea side.
