It is warm now, the front door, windows and trim around the house needed cleaning. The front door of the house is dark red and a little dusty and scuffed so I decided to hit it with Uber. My wife couldn't believe how well it worked. I gave her a few detailing brushes to get the dust and grime out of the molding crevices and the door looks like new. I then hit it with spot-free rinse water and didn't bother to dry it because it air dries in a few minutes, anyway.

Next came the windows. We have white trim wood windows that get filthy from all of the dust and pollen flying around. Sprayed them down with Uber, let it dwell and wiped it with MF the same way you would do a waterless wash on your car. Amazing how it got the trim so clean with just one wipe pass with the MF. Cleans the glass very well, too. Also hit it with spot-free water to get all of the nooks and crevices washed out and let it air dry.

The screens are aluminum-framed and were also cleaned with Uber. I did not think they would ever get restored back to new condition but they did and all discoloring was removed and the painted white surfaces of the frames were restored to new condition.

Sounds like you justified to your wife the detailing supplies “budget”

Rinseless products are so useful around the house.

I use whatever I have mixed up from my (which i'm now realizing is quite excessive) collection at the time to clean the fridge, stove, house windows, and I even mop the floors with ONR.
