Uploading a video

Can anyone tell me how to post a video on here that i have on my PC and also on facebook. Should i put it on a host site first?
On Facebook i tried by embedding the video, which they say i could then show on any site but it didn't work.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you need to have your video hosted somewhere on the Internet. We offer our members a photo gallery with their account but that doesn't include video files.

Sign in to your Youtube account (create one if needed). Upload a video by clicking "upload" and selecting the video file from your computer. In the "my videos" tab, select the video you want to post*. Click "Share" then copy and paste the provided code into your post. :xyxthumbs:

*If the quality of video/audio is bad right after uploading, it is still processing. It will be good when it's done.

Thanks, i finally had just started trying to do that but everytime i click on the upload button, that link is down. So, when that works again i will hopefully have my videos up.
