UPS damaged shipment.

I received my most recent order from AG today, but only 1 of 2 boxes. So I checked the UPS tracking and it states that one of the boxes was damaged in shipment and will be returned to the sender. I've never had that happen before. :(

Guess I just have to wait a bit longer for the other stuff...At least it wasn't anything I needed too soon.
 
Sevenrd, I sorry to hear UPS screwed up again. They have not been getting any points on this forum. Sorry you are going to have to wait longer for your order. At least you don't live in Norway like Truls.
 
It still takes 1 week to get it to CA. :( Sorry buddy, I wish AG used Fed-ex.

The items in the second box were bulk refills of stuff that I still have relatively plenty left of. So I'll be able to work fine until it's sorted out.

And abrcrombe, I know. Wouldn't it be great if AG opened a distribution center here on the west coast? :)

Sorry to hear.

I just order some stuff privatley and he had the box marked fragile/liquids inside. That was pry the 1st package I got that didn't have a dent or even a scratch mark on it. Everyone put "Fragile/Liquids Inside" on their boxes lol.

I vote for AG Dist senter in Norway:D

THAT would be the BIGGEST thing in Norway since McDonalds.....or SUBWAY...mmmmmm

And UPS has a baaaaad start at the New year i supose Sevenrd.
 
How long do UPS workers work in a day? My tracking says it was on the truck at 5:30 AM and I still haven't received it at 6:15 PM.

Looks like they just put Homer Simpson on the payroll. Everything smashed up, and sleeping in the truck.
 
This isn't the first time either... I guess I am just on the end of their route and they consider on the truck at 5:30 the leaving time but maybe it doesn't leave to deliver until 9 or 10. I don't know, but I want my package :)
