UPS question

My tracking number says its was out for delivery today, I did not recieve my package.

I recheck the tracking number and it says package Package was damaged and discarded.

Whats up with this, they just throw stuff out if its damaged, do the tell AG, then they send me a new one.

I will be calling ups firstthing in the morning
 
My last order went like that only I think it said shipper will be notified. I received another shipping receipt from AG. The only real problem was instead of receiving the order in a week it took 2 weeks. The order included Megs APC+ and I suspect that was the damage but I do not know that for sure. So apparently UPS does notify AG as I did not contact anyone.

Sounds like someone at UPS is stocking up on some great detailing product from Autogeek.....:eek:
 
In my area, Fedex is both more reliable, and faster in terms of days to door step.

:iagree:....I was thinking the same thing. The way AG packs the boxes with the "peanuts" it would be difficult for something to becom damaged IMO.
 
UPS is terrible. You should always choose Fed Ex

Over the years we've never had an issue with UPS. I guess we've been lucky :coolgleam:
