I have had on-line-order deliveries from multiple carriers. UPS is the
worst. By the time my order gets here, it will have taken 11 days(yea,
I know about holidays and weekends). It took 4 days for the order to
get from Stuart, FL to Jacksonville--if someone would have just pitched
it out the door, storm remants would have probably blown it there sooner.
Would have been a great weekend to use those new cobra towells.
 
I haven't had a problem yet(from AG). We use them at our warehouse. They send back broken stuff all the time. Friends of mine worked for UPS. They tell me stuff falls off the conveyor all the time. If they don't notice it right away it would get delayed. Lets just hope they stopped kicking packages around.
 
no issues here...it usually takes 5-6 business days (remember, UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays) to deliver from Florida to California...I'd rather wait, then pay sales tax...
 
I often get AG orders prior to the email telling me its on the way. Last order I came home the next day with a box on my doorstep. I couldn't figure out what it could be and darned if it was not my order. I swear there is a direct line from their doorstep to mine sometimes. I'm in NC...
 
From Ag to Chicago is usually 3-4 business days for me.

I ordered on Sunday.. it was shipped Tuesday from Fl to me in San Antonio, TX. I received it today when it said expected delivery date was Monday.. I have always had great experiences with UPS. DHL on the other hand SUCKS!
 
Guess I've been lucky. All my AG orders take about 3 or 4 days from Fl to NJ, and I've never had any damage to the contents. AG certainly packs their shipments very well and even tapes bottle caps securely. Never a complaint. Also been fortunate with UPS, I'd better keep my fingers crossed.
 
I ordered my last order after shipping time on Tuesday, they shipped it out on Wednesday and it showed up to my house on today (Friday) and I am a few states away in NC.

It has never taken me more than four days to get my Autogeek orders.

Heck, even the one item I just recently won showed up after just two days.
 
when a choice is available I have had better luck with Fedex Ground versus UPS. I believe they hire soccer kickers.
 
When I ordered from AG to SE PA, UPS got it to me a day early. It was supposed to come on the 26th, but came on the 25th. The box was a little beat up, but AG does a fantastic job of packing so the contents were well protected.
 
If I make an order on Monday I have it by Wednesday ( Mobile, Al) , sometimes the boxes look well worn and traveled but with the great packaging AG does so far no damaged contents .
