First off, wanted to say how pleasantly surprised I was when I called in the morning after placing my order (since I assumed no one would answer at 12:00 AM Monday morning when I placed my order) and wanted to add one more product to my shipping list. AG had not yet refunded my shipping cost so they just subtracted the product I wanted to add from what they owed me and boom, shipped it, and refunding the remaining balance. Had I been thinking I would have just found something else for the difference and eliminated the refund, but not all cylinders were firing.

Order placed Monday 12:00 AM --> Delivery by end of business Thursday.:goodjob2::goodjob2:

Thursday - UPS delivers one of two packages so I check tracking, both packages hit a station in Kentucky on the 30th of August but only one ever left the station. So I call UPS to notify them I only received one package and that the other package had not updated in 48+ hours. What a waste of time, the person on the other end of the kept repeating "we have till the end of day to deliver the package and it is still on time." FYI the package was last seen two days ago and 800+ miles away...but the kid continue reading from his teleprompter and assured me the package would be here today. The day is now over and I call UPS again and explained to them that I had just talked to them hours ago and was assured my package would be delivered today. The new person on the phone actually thought this funny when he pulled the tracking number up, "yea, no way that is going to be delivered today, looks like it is lost, contact the seller." Had we come to this conclusion earlier, I could have contacted AG today instead of tomorrow.

How do these people sleep at night when they sit on the phone and either blatantly lie to a person or simply care so little they cannot be bothered to do their job.

FWIW, I have tracked a package on UPS before and it show that it was hundreds of miles away yet still arrive on time. Sometime their tracking system really does miss one, so they aren't entirely blatantly lying to you. However, that still doesn't help you in this situation.

UPS=Unbelievably Poor Service.

I firmly believe that UPS could not find their tookus with two hands, a GPS and a flashlight.

I don't ever remember having any problems with UPS? Sounds like a poll might be in order...

I have had a lot of packages beat beyond belief (parts of box missing, box retaped because it fell apart, box crushed so bad stuff was sticking out of box... but nothing has ever been broken (not sure how) or lost.

my only beef is sometimes they leave my package at the door when I'm not home and sometimes they don't and then leave a slip that they try again tomorrow . I always track my packages and I got a stack of them slips here that I pre-sign so they leave my package at the door. I surely don't want the package to be returned after 3 attempts to deliver . only had 1 package damaged of about 30 this year . not bad, ag fixed that quicky

I Live clear across the nation for AG and have never had a problem with UPS. Always on time and in great shape (there is an occasional ding here and there). I have tracked packages that said the last place they were seen was Jacksonville, FL but they are on my door step so sometimes tracking is a little flawed.

My experience has always been (till today) UPS & FEDEX tracking data is always correct, and that is not to say the tracking data I have currently is incorrect because they do not know where the package is... I would say I order a large amount of items, would think above average, and I have never had a UPS or FEDEX package arrive that had not shown up as at the local processing center then out for delivery before being delivered. USPS tracking, eh, what tracking.

Dealing with UPS customer support is crazier then dealing with Rick James after a 3 day binge

Request FedEx next time. We won't let you down

Warmest Regards,

Frederick Smith

Maybe they haven't finished using it for a soccer ball? Don't worry you'll get it once they finish their game!

Here you go I think this is similar to what they do..
Ace Ventura Smashes Package - YouTube

It's cut off
But the scene continues with the guy saying
Customer:"It sounds broken?"
ACE:"I am sure it is, But I bet it was something nice though"

UPS hasn't met a shipment it can't destroy or lose. They destroyed two Cookshack Smokers earlier this year. I guess when you deliver thousands of packages a day sh*t happens. Only thing is Fed Ex seems to have sh*t happen a little less.

Hats off to AG for the way they pack their shipments. Bottles taped, paper bags around smaller items, packing peanuts.:props:

every package i have ordered from AG has been used as a soccer ball, dinner table, bed, bottom support for other lager heavy boxes by UPS. Luckily, only one time has something been damaged and it was resolved by AG with totally professionalism and speed. It stinks that AG has to take a hit financially due to UPS' poor delivery skills.
